Being involved in a car crash can have a devastating impact on your life. Regrettably, thousands of people are injured due to vehicle collisions every year in our state. There are far too many instances where people are hurt as a result of negligent motorists. Some of the most common include:
- Head-on Collisions
- Rear End Accidents
- Sideswipe Collisions

- T-Bone Accidents
- Rollover Accidents
Any type of crash has the potential to cause severe harm to those involved. Following an automobile accident, victims have the ability to file personal injury lawsuits against those responsible. Seeking help from a Long Beach car accident lawyer can help to ensure you have the best chance of getting justice.
When it comes to automobile accidents, the state of New York requires all car owners to maintain no-fault auto insurance coverage. This coverage ensures that, when an accident takes place, regardless of who is at fault, medical expenses and some other costs are covered. However, if the damages exceed what is available from the no-fault insurance policy, victims have the right to file personal injury claims against those responsible.
In order to prevail in a personal injury claim, injured victims must be able to demonstrate that the defendant caused the crash. This typically requires an independent investigation to provide evidence in support of the case. Having a knowledgeable legal team by your side can make a big difference when it comes to your ability to prove your case and get justice.
