Queens, NY – Woman Injured in Bicycle Accident at Woodhaven Blvd & 73rd Ave
Queens, NY (July 12, 2023) – A bicyclist sustained injuries in a bicycle accident involving a passenger vehicle at a Queens intersection on the morning of Wednesday, July 12.
According to Queens officials, the accident happened around 9:53 p.m. at the intersection of Woodhaven Boulevard and 73rd Avenue. Police confirmed that a bicyclist was traveling in the area when the cyclist entered the intersection and was struck by a passenger vehicle. The bicyclist was thrown from the bike when the accident occurred. It is believed that the driver of the vehicle remained on the scene.
