Boris Tadchiev

Boris Tadchiev is the founding partner at The Tadchiev Law Firm, P.C. He focuses his practice on advocating for the rights of individuals and families in personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death. He also represents healthcare providers in complex no-fault arbitration claims.

Through his work on both personal injury cases and no-fault arbitration claims, Boris has developed an in-depth understanding of the way insurance companies operate. He takes an aggressive stance in negotiations, demanding maximum settlements for his clients.

“Accident victims and the medical providers who care for them should be focused on treatment and recovery, not fighting with insurance companies,” he says. “I handle the claims process from start to finish, taking that pressure off my clients.”

A native of Israel, Boris earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Philosophy and Mathematics from New York’s Binghamton University in 2009. He went on to earn his J.D. in 2014 from New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board.

While in law school, Boris interned for New York State Supreme Court Judge Melvin L. Schweitzer. After law school, he worked at a prominent New York City law firm in the corporate real estate department, where he represented private real estate funds and publicly traded corporations. “Although that experience was invaluable, I ultimately realized that my true passion was advocating on behalf of those less fortunate,” he says.

Boris went on to practice at a personal injury firm before deciding to start The Tadchiev Law Firm, P.C. Since then, he has expanded his practice to include representing medical providers in no-fault arbitration claims. His knowledge of personal injury cases gives him instrumental insight into the no-fault claims process. The firm has successfully represented surgeons, pain management doctors, surgical centers, pharmacies, and other medical providers in complex no-fault arbitration claims.

Boris is a member of the New York State Bar Association. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and fishing.
