Sabine Sciarrotto

Sabine Sciarrotto is an Associate Attorney at The Tadchiev Law Firm, P.C. She represents medical providers such as doctors, hospitals, surgery centers, and medical equipment suppliers that are seeking to collect unpaid no-fault insurance claims.

Sabine has more than 10 years of legal experience with New York’s no-fault insurance system. She is experienced in both arbitration and litigation of no-fault claims. When no-fault insurance carriers deny or fail to respond to claims for services submitted by medical providers, she helps the medical provider pursue the money they are owed.

“Prior to representing medical providers, I represented insurance carriers in all phases of no-fault litigation and arbitration, which gives me valuable insight into a carrier’s perspective,” she says.

She uses those insights into how insurance carriers approach disputed claims to advocate effectively for medical providers.

“My background and expertise allow for prompt and favorable outcomes for my clients,” she says.

Sabine obtained an undergraduate degree from Dowling College and her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University Maurice A. Deane School of Law.

She is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and in the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

When not practicing law, Sabine enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.
