Krikor Ghazarian
Krikor Ghazarian, Esq., is an associate attorney at The Tadchiev Law Firm, P.C. He focuses his practice on no-fault arbitration and helping medical providers collect unpaid no-fault claims.
Krikor has developed a detailed knowledge of New York’s no-fault accident compensation system and how insurance companies operate. If an insurance carrier has denied a medical provider’s claim or failed to respond to a claim, he can file a request for arbitration, respond to insurance carrier verification requests, and handle the arbitration.
“When a medical provider provides a service to a patient and sends the bill for that service to the No-Fault insurance carrier, the insurance carrier occasionally denies payment of the bill,” he says. “Through the arbitration process, I assist medical providers to help them collect payment from the insurance carriers.”
His clients include doctors, surgery centers, pharmacies, medical equipment suppliers, and other medical providers.
“I find it important to first understand the client’s priorities and what the client is seeking,” he says. “Different things matter to different clients. Grasping what matters to the client helps me focus on those things and provide more efficient service.”
Krikor Ghazarian grew up in Oakland Gardens, New York. While growing up, he was encouraged by family and friends to become an attorney and was particularly inspired by an uncle who is an attorney.
He obtained a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Law and Policy from CUNY – Baruch College. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. While in law school, he interned for the Hon. Jeffrey S. Brown at Nassau County Supreme Court and represented veterans who turned to Hofstra’s Veterans Law Clinic for help with issues related to VA disability benefits and upgrading their discharge status.
Krikor is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the Armenian Bar Association.
When not practicing law, he enjoys reading classical literature, playing musical instruments, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
