Simon Landsberg

Simon Landsberg

Simon B. Landsberg is an associate attorney at The Tadchiev Law Firm, P.C. He focuses his practice exclusively on representing individuals and families who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents and due to other forms of negligence.

“The people I represent often find themselves facing off against giant insurance companies. They have been hurt and need help, but they are being ignored, passed around, and shortchanged,” he says. “As an experienced personal injury attorney, I come in and level the playing field. I take over communication with the insurance companies and other parties involved and build a strong case for full compensation. My clients can then refocus on their health and their recovery, knowing that I am taking care of everything else.”

A native of the Bronx, Simon graduated from Yeshiva University in 2002 with a bachelor’s in Political Science and an associate’s degree in Business and Judaic Studies. He obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2005 from New York Law School. During law school, he interned at the Bronx and Queens District Attorney’s Offices.

After earning his J.D., Simon quickly decided to focus his legal practice on plaintiff’s personal injury and negligence law. Over the past 15 years, he has gained extensive experience taking complex personal injury claims to trial. He has also successfully argued cases on appeal before the Appellate Division Second Department.
