Queens, NY (February 28, 2023) – After 6:30 a.m. on the morning of Tuesday, February 28, a car accident with injuries took place at an intersection in Queens.

According to Queens officials, the accident happened at the intersection of the Long Island Expressway and Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Police confirmed that several vehicles were traveling in the area when they allegedly entered the intersection simultaneously. The vehicles collided with each other, leading to extensive damage.

Paramedics, fire crews, and several other Queens responders were dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries.
