Queens, NY (March 8, 2023) – Injuries stemmed from a car accident that took place at an intersection in Queens on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 8.

According to local officials, the accident happened before 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Van Wyck Expressway and Jamaica Avenue. Police confirmed that two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they allegedly entered the intersection and became involved in a collision with one another. The vehicles were extensively damaged in the collision.

Queens responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more parties sustained injuries in the collision.
