Queens, NY – Injury Collision at Van Wyck Expy & Hillside Ave Intersection
Queens, NY (March 30, 2023) – Around 5:22 a.m. on the morning of Thursday, March 30, a car accident with injuries occurred at an intersection in Queens.
According to Queens Police, the accident happened at the intersection of Van Wyck Expressway and Hillside Avenue. Police confirmed that two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, colliding with each other. The involved vehicles were badly damaged as a result of the collision.
Paramedics, fire crews, and several other responders were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. Multiple parties sustained injuries as a result of the collision. The injured parties were hospitalized, though their conditions are not yet known.
