Queens, NY (April 24, 2023) – One individual was injured in a pedestrian accident in Queens on the morning of Monday, April 24.

According to Queens Police Department officials, the accident happened at 8:09 a.m. at the intersection of 58th Avenue and Kissena Boulevard. Police confirmed that a pedestrian was walking in the area when they started to cross the street at the intersection. They were suddenly struck by a passenger vehicle that was traveling through the intersection at the same time. It is believed that the driver remained at the scene after the collision.
