Queens, NY (October 19, 2023) – A pedestrian was hospitalized as a result of a crash that took place in the Astoria section of Queens.

The New York Police Department, firefighters, and emergency medical services were all called to the scene of the accident at around 5:50 p.m. on October 18.

According to police reports, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the area of 3022 Steinway Street. Authorities shut down the roadway while assisting.
