Queens, NY – Two Injured in Two-Vehicle Collision at Jewel Ave & Queens Blvd
Queens, NY (April 22, 2023) – Two people were injured in a car accident that took place at an intersection in Queens on the night of Saturday, April 22.
According to Queens Police Department officials, the accident happened around 11:12 p.m. at the intersection of Jewel Avenue and Queens Boulevard. Police confirmed that two vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection simultaneously, causing them to collide with each other. The vehicles sustained severe damages in the collision.
Several responders, including Queen’s paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. A total of two people were injured as a result of the accident. The injured parties were treated on the scene by EMS crews and then rushed to local hospitals for further treatment.
